Hello I am Life Coach Amber Lynn and I created this journal for women just like me. Who spend the majority of their mental energy being mad at themselves for how they feel. We spend so much of our life trying not to feel how we feel. We spend so much of our energy, fighting our emotions, making them mean that we did something wrong, or that something has gone wrong, or making it mean we have to change something. Instead of learning how to feel, process and allow emotions, we try to escape, avoid and buffer through emotions. Emotional Resistance. Just making these feel heavier.
