I want you to know I have been where you are, I have struggled with anxiety, anxious attachment and depression the majority of my life. I know what it feels like to feel like you are going crazy. I know what if feels like to constantly overthink, to over analyze every little thing, and to feel like at any minute you are going to loose it all. I know the fear that consumes you, the fear that you are going to be rejected, you are going to be left, or the fear that you will never get the love that you want. I know what it is like to feel so overwhelmed by emotions that you have to do something. I have been there and sometimes I am still there. The difference is now I have tools to support me through these events that trigger my anxious attachment.


Life Coaching changed my inner world, my relationship with my anxiety, anxious attachment and depression. I am now confident and have secure self worth. Not only did it change my inner world, it transformed my relationship with others.


So I had to share these tools with other women who are just like me, who know they have anxious attachment but don’t know what to do about it.

I have to teach anxious women these strategies and and show them how they can take back the control and change their life.


I was certified through The Life Coach School and I coach and support women with anxious attachment, just like me, who want to take back their life from anxious attachment, so they can live a full life with self confidence and secure self worth.
